The year of celebrations

In 2007 all of Sweden commemorated the 300th anniversary of the father of binary nomenclature: Carl Linnaeus's birth. In 2008 it seems to be a year of anniversaries.
50 years: Moderna Museet - our modern museum turns 50
100 years: Millesgården - the artisthome of Carl Milles with a sculpture park and art gallery
100 years: The Royal Dramatic theatre - Director Ingemar Bergmans home stage
125 years: Gröna Lund - Popular amusementpark on Djurgården
150 years: Selma Lagerlöf - Author and Nobel prize laureate
