Operakällaren

, one of Stockholms Michelin star restaurants, have been certified with the Swedish Svanen eco lable. Its the first restaurant in Scandinavia that recieves the Svanen lable.

Good post, I can’t say that I agree with everything that was said, but very good information overall:)
