Press conference about Love Stockholm festival on thursday
This year June 6th is not only Sweden’s National Day, but also the launch of the
LOVE Stockholm 2010 festivities.
Love Stockholm 2010 is a two-week celebration in conjunction with the Royal Wedding between Crown Princess Victoria and Mr. Daniel Westling on June 19th.
– LOVE Stockholm 2010 is the City of Stockholm’s way to honor the royal wedding and the Royal couple. For two weeks Stockholm will celebrate love in an event open to all - stockholmers and visitors alike. During the festivities the city offers an exciting program of activities and performances for all ages, says Mr. Sten Nordin, Mayor of Stockholm.
Thursday April 15th at 11.00 am, the City of Stockholm invites you to the City Hall for a press conference to present the event – LOVE Stockholm 2010, June 6th – 19th.
The press conference will cover, among other things, the following
- Samples of artists and activities during LOVE Stockholm 2010
- The most important locations for festivities in and around Stockholm
- The city’s vision of LOVE Stockholm 2010
